Since its start in the early 2000s, Elementum, part of Singapore’s One-North innovation district, has been a key player in the city’s biomedical sector. Developed in phases, it has grown into a dynamic campus central to Buona Vista’s identity. The sixth phase, Elementum, developed by Ho Bee Land, will mark a northern gateway and enhance the campus with a tech-driven, community-focused design.
The 12-story building’s U-shaped massing will create a unique visual landmark. Its ground level features a large atrium that integrates with surrounding parks, while a 900-square-meter green roof will serve as a communal event space. The main lab levels, wrapped in energy-efficient glazing, will support a variety of tenants and are designed to be adaptable, ranging from 73 to 2,000 square meters.
Facing Singapore’s new Rail Corridor, Elementum will blend seamlessly with this greenway through its porous ground floor and stepping gardens. The building’s enhanced public spaces, including an amphitheater, playgrounds, and lawns, will enrich the Buona Vista district and provide a vibrant community hub.
