Lighting Design Awards 2019 for Light Collab

On the international day of light, on 16th May 2019, it was a great milestone for Light Collab! Not only did our Principal, Yah Li, being the only Singaporean, receive the 40 under 40 Lighting Designer's trophy at the prestigious Lighting Design Awards ceremony on Thursday 16 May at the Troxy, Commercial Road but Light Collab's project, Habitat by Honestbee, is also only of the 6 shortlisted projects for the Retail Project of the Year category. Although Habitat did not win the award, but it is one of the 2 projects which is highly commended.

About 40 under 40:
The individuals making up the annual 40under40 – an international programme to identify the most talented and promising individuals working in the lighting design industry – have been named for 2019. The 9 men and 31 women – from 14 different countries, including the Turkey, India, China, Brazil, the US, Germany, UK, Singapore and Sweden."
