Project Description

Situated at the level 4 of Pan Pacific Hotel, Singapore, lies a beautifully sculpted Japanese garden, in front of the Keyaki Japanese restaurant. We were tasked to revive the lighting ambience of the Kyoto-inspired JApanese-style garden. In the midst of the garden, lies the Garden Pavilion, clad in traditional Shoji-inspired screens which opens up to lush green landscape and a beautiful koi pond. In this project, we tried to bring back re-balance light and darkness and also creating pockets of interesting light, shadow and textures, considering the visitor's path/vista.
